The K Gudi camp is built around the hunting lodge
of the erstwhile Maharaja of Mysore and offers three types of accomodation

toilets) which give you a true experience of "nature".

As this is an eco-friendly resort the tents and
log huts do not have electricity. Hurricane lamps are lit at night,
creating a mystical atmosphere.

The food is simple but tasty, served in buffet
style at the tented "Gol Ghar".

|
The camp has extremely friendly and hospitable
staff who give personal attention to every guest. Mr Gangaswamy,
the camp manager, is an avid environmentalist and can talk to you
for hours about the sanctuary. During the safaris, he and his other
guides take enormous efforts to spot wildlife for the tourists,
overwhelming us with their enthusiasm.

Rates per person, per night on twin sharing basis
are Rs 1250 for Indians and USD 50 for foreigners. The rate is inclusive
of all meals, wildlife tours, elephant rides, forest entry charges,
camera charges and taxes. Advance reservations are required before
